How to Book

Step 1: Search for Tour or Activity

  1. User visits the website and uses the search bar to find a specific tour or activity in their chosen destination.

Step 2: Open Tour/Activity Details

  1. User clicks on the tour or activity they're interested in to access more information.

Step 3: Select Adults and Children

  1. User specifies the number of adults and children participating in the tour.

Step 4: Choose Date

  1. User selects the desired date for the tour from the available options.

Step 5: Enter Contact Details

  1. User enters their contact details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number

Step 6: Submit Booking Request

  1. User clicks the "Submit" button to send their booking request.

Step 7: Confirmation Message

  1. User receives an on-screen confirmation message thanking them for their booking request. The message indicates that they will be contacted shortly with further details.

Step 8: Contact and Confirmation

  1. Website administrators receive the booking request and contact the user via email or phone to provide additional details and confirm the booking.

Step 9: Administrator Contact and Payment Finalization

  1. After receiving the booking request, a website administrator will promptly reach out to the user via the provided email or phone number. They will work with the user to finalize the details of the booking, ensuring the selected date, time, and tour details align with the user's preferences.

Step 10: Payment Details

  1. Once the booking details are confirmed, the administrator will provide the user with payment instructions. This may include information on how to make the payment, available payment methods, and any applicable discounts or promotions.

Step 11: Booking Confirmation

  1. Upon successful payment, the user will receive an official booking confirmation email. This email will include a comprehensive itinerary, meeting point details, receipt of payment, and any other relevant information to ensure a seamless experience.

Step 12: Pre-Tour Communication

  1. In the lead-up to the tour date, the user might receive reminders, tips, and important updates via email or SMS to help them prepare for the upcoming experience.
