Recurring Membership Plan

This is a monthly membership with a 2-month minimum commitment. Spaces are limited to 6 women per class to allow for personalized coaching.

If you want to see results, building new habits and routines are crucial for success. You can renew your membership as long as you like, the program is continuously evolving.

Our coaches are all specialized strength and conditioning coaches, with a variety of backgrounds from powerlifting, weightlifting, and general strength training.

Customized nutrition support

Learn how to nourish your body with wholesome foods to optimize your health without a limiting mindset. Receive customized nutrition support and weekly feedback to help you stay on track.

Female-specific plans and support

We tailor the program for female physiology, leveraging the latest research to create training and nutrition strategies that work with your body.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this program is for you.

We start with a consultation to identify your goals and design an action plan. You'll then get a personalized progressive monthly program with 2-3 sessions per week, depending on your membership.
